1st Birthday

Officially 2 years old.

Dear Little Man,

I am loving this little journey of watching you grow. I love listening to all the new words you are learning, love seeing you interact daily with your sister, and seeing you learn all these new/amazing things. You have definitely brought a great array of excitement to our lives. If we had not went through the heartbreak we did a year prior to your birth, we might not have had the chance to know you or your little personality. You have been such an amazing blessing to our lives. I am looking forwards to see what your little life has in store for us. Thanks for being such an amazing little person with a heart so full of love. I am looking forwards to seeing  the man you turn into. Love you!!

This Valentine’s Day is our first shared with students. So…. we had a few extra things to do this year. I know our little lady enjoyed it and I cannot complain either.

We got these cute little book markers at Jo-Ann’s. They made 5 puppies and 5 cats (that don’t look like cats-whiskers issues). These came out really cute. The boys got the dogs and the girls the cats.

K wanted me to make a little snack for all of her classmates. These were the easiest ones I thought of. Plus, they are really tasty.

Of course, what is a Valentine’s Day party without a box for all the cards and goodies?? We made this out of an old hairdryer box. I just turned the box inside out and glued it back together. K put her whole heart into decorating this box. She was so proud of it when she finished it. She wanted her friends to “LOVE” her box. I’m sure they will!!

We had decided, a couple of days ago, to put her hair up in some kind of Valentine’s Day form. Well last night, Thanks to Cutegirlhairstyles, we can up with the style above. She loved it!
